Being Judgmental and Being Surprized When the Other Person Reacts: To Rachel and the Myatt Family

Dear Rachel, Myatt Family, and Church of the New Jerusalem,

The song above basically sums up my relationship with Rachel.  Just because I was a little different didnt make me any less beautiful and the fact that I was grieving and loved Rachel enough to drop everything in the middle of losing my mother should have let Rachel know how much more I loved her and Jonathan.  Instead she put me down, ridiculed me, and was just a horrible person.  If her family influenced her not to be with me then that is even sadder.  Just the simple words in this song can show how people who are judgmental, arrogant, and think they are better than others not only lose out on loving others but the push the people they hurt and think they are better than to new places.  So in effect when Rachel abandoned me, put me down, and treated me like a mentally ill person(I spent my life working around some mentally ill people and you should not treat them anything less than a person) when I was just a little under the weather from my moms death she made me become more.  Now Rachel, her family, and the New Church have to deal with the aftermath and they dont like the results. Rachel has to hide, she has to cower, and she brought the shame on herself.   I had nothing but love for her and her family.  It was true love.  I dreamed of all of them being in my life and I wanted to be with Rachel and Jonathan forever in heaven and on earth.  Now that my Mom and Rachel's Grandfather are in heaven maybe they have met and talked about this maybe not.  Maybe that day will come but I do know one thing.  I have loved and cared about many people and Rachel has to have been the most selfish, arrogant, and inconsiderate person I ever met.  She is kind to children but very hateful, hurtful, and bad in her relationships with adults especially men.   Her worldview stems from the Church of the New Jerusalem and if the way she treats people is the pathos of that faith then that has been the reason I rallied against Pastor Glenn and the way he teaches things.  You claim to be of love, charity, and forgiveness and I see selfishness, arrogance, and a lack of compassion for people who arent of the New Church.  It is like the parable of the Good Samaritan. It doesnt matter the color, the religion, or the creed of someone.  If someone is in trouble you help them. You dont pass them by, you dont make excuses, you dont judge them or belittle them.  You find the love in your heart to love them and if time and God permits you truly look into their heart.  There is much more satisfaction out life when you live in love of others instead of love of self.  Not a damn person in Rachel's family can say they didnt see how much I loved her and Amanda disappointed me the most because she seemed to truly want Rachel to be loved and I felt good vibes from her but alas people are shady and decietful and so I dont expect too much from anyone.  So go ahead step on someone elses love and dream but just dont expect that person to sit back and not react and you go on living life the same.  There are consequences for everything you do.  I reached out for love, reconcilation, and forgiveness and Rachel and Pastor Glenn make excuses for evil that is the difference between my love of God and your love of God, Church of the New Jerusalem  I am not going to follow the selfish wide road of not reaching out for forgiveness and love.  I am going to follow Christ narrow road of love, reconcilation, and peace.

Luke 10:25-37

The Parable of the Good Samaritan

25 On one occasion an expert in the law stood up to test Jesus. “Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”
26 “What is written in the Law?” he replied. “How do you read it?”
27 He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’[a]; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[b]
28 “You have answered correctly,” Jesus replied. “Do this and you will live.”
29 But he wanted to justify himself, so he asked Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?”
30 In reply Jesus said: “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. 31 A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. 32 So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. 33 But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. 34 He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him. 35 The next day he took out two denarii[c] and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’
36 “Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?”
37 The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.”
Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.”

And this is straight from the New Church Website.

"The New Church is a new Christianity that provides a clear path to happiness and addresses your questions about God, love, and life after death with answers that make sense. The teachings are immediately practical and deeply spiritual: it is a religion to be lived, not just believed."

Hmm! A clear path to happiness then how come the people are so uptight and selfish that they have to put down others and infringe on others happiness to make themselves seem viable. Doesn't seem too happy to me. It seems like Swedenborg wanted people to live a life of hedonism and self interest with a sense of happiness before following God's Word and being truly happy even through times of tribulation and trials.
God Bless ALL
